Typical technologies and architectural concepts include: HTML, JavaScript, Browsers, HTTP, Web Servers, Servlets, JSPs, JDBC, and XML.

Course goal

The goal of this course is twofold. First, to develop base-line practical skills in some key web technologies; and second, to gain an understanding of the less apparent and supporting technologies that are both utilized to support the development and the traversal of an Internet transaction.
